
Cantina Etnea has been funded following the growing trend related to the viticulture development in the Sicilian Etna region (Province of Catania and Messina), which has been booming in the past 20 to 25 years, both from a qualitative as well as from a quantitative point of view.
Sicily currently offers an incredibly unique food and wine panorama, which still is mostly hidden and unknown by the public. This is due to its prime but also to the fact that is mostly made of small local producers, which are still strongly bound to the family traditions and passion and love for the territory.
Cantina Etnea has been created in order to research and bring to the tables of its swiss customers the best wines from Mount Etna, but not only, as Cantina Etnea is always on the search of new top quality products from the whole island, which have nothing to envy to the great names of the Italian and international food and wine panorama.
