Peculiarities: 1/3 of the grapes comes from the most recent harvest (2 month refinement in steel tanks), 1/3 is refined in oak barriques for 12 months and the last 1/3 undergoes a partial on tree drying process before being harvested
Pairings: red meat, roasted meat, mushrooms

Cerasuolo di Vittoria

Pairings: a very versatile allrounder, which can spectacular if cold and paired with strong tasting fish and seafood recipes, also good with white meat and, if matured for 3-4 years, also enjoyable with red meat
